Unfortunately, this was a great program at the start (Feb 2025) when it was transparent and there were truly supportive staff. Once the original clinic staff left, it went downhill from there from both a program consistency/transparency and poor quality of care standpoint. My recommendation: Find a different provider that’s consistent with their programs and consistent with quality of care. Went here on the Grand opening and love everything about this company. The way they individualize a plain for each person is fantastic. They didn’t try to push any unnecessary products on me, and they even suggested that I would see a doctor before even trying to to them for any weight loss treatment.
