Unfortunately, this was a great program at the start (Feb 2025) when it was transparent and there were truly supportive staff. Once the original clinic staff left, it went downhill from there from both a program consistency/transparency and poor quality of care standpoint. My recommendation: Find a different provider that’s consistent with their programs and consistent with quality of care. The concept is good. The staff is very friendly. The low score is because the Malvern office is very disorganized from a systems level. There needs to be better customer responsiveness communication and at baseline if they could open on time would be great.
Options has been so good to me these last couple of months. I’ve gotten more guidance, training and support from the entire crew in Malvern than anyone in my life. 10/10 recommend and they work with you to get things DONE!
