The quality of the programs, medication, nutrition, and most of all, humans, is unmatched. I’ve been a patient for over a year now and has had INCREDIBLE success! 60 lbs down & maintaining my health. Finally no more major fluxing! I loved my experience so much that I became an employee and now help others reach their health goals, safely. I had a very disappointing experience here. Staff members appear to share information among themselves, and if you have even a minor disagreement with one person, you may notice a shift in attitude from others, even after the issue has been resolved. The environment felt unprofessional and, at times, cliquish. As a person of color, I did not feel respected or treated equitably.
