Helena was extremely helpful in getting us started on our new journey. She made us feel very comfortable and answered all of our questions. We look forward to seeing her each week.
If I could give no stars I would. They lock you into a 3 month contract that rolls over where they automatically charge you $400 a month whether you get your medication or not and if you try to cancel you have to do it a month prior. Unfortunately I had a situation where I was unable to pick up my shots so they charged me and they wanted to lower my dose for the next round which already was not effective at all. Wow nobody answers the phone. I’ve tried a couple of plans that didn’t really do much for me and I don’t know why I’m going back but I have worked so hard on my health and fitness journey. The vitamin and fat burning injections did nothing for me. My doctor said no such injection can “fat burn” but I still went ahead and tried anyway and my doc was right.
