RecommendedDefinitely! Sometimes a little support and guidance is needed when losing weight. I chose them because of the fact that I would have to hold myself accountable when I went in for my counseling sessions. The counseling is one of the best things about Options Medical Weight Loss. The food tastes great too!!! Maddie is AWESOME!
