I had a very disappointing experience with Options Medical Weight Loss in Park Ridge. The staff was pushy about having me sign up and prepay for a $2,000 program, claiming it would save me money compared to making payments. Marina Briscolino is always nice and friendly. She greets me whenever I walk in the door. She is patient when I have questions and or confused about the process. She listens and gives good advice.
The staff is super helpful and pleasant to work with, from the nurses to reception, I always feel welcome. Kyle got me started on this journey and I am down about 35 lbs (mostly fat) in under 6 months with evolving goals as I make progress.
