I had a very disappointing experience with Options Medical Weight Loss in Park Ridge. The staff was pushy about having me sign up and prepay for a $2,000 program, claiming it would save me money compared to making payments. I've been working with Jessica at Options since November 2022. I'm pretty impressed with the involvement between their team and my goals.
