Eight months later, I've lost 65lbs. My partner has lost 50lbs. It's changed my life. Kyle and Sarah helped us every step of the way. I am beyond grateful for finding options. With the help of Kyle and the medical team I was able to lose 25 pounds in my first three months of the program! I love this Options in Park Ridge. I love coming in and chatting with the girls. I do however have an issue with a rude employee who has been totally, dismissive of me EVERY time I’ve come in & I come in at least once a week. I speak very highly of this location and got great results ( list 30 lvs in 5/6 months) but I do dread seeing him ( I think Kaliil is his name).Everytime I come in, he’s at the desk and has never once acknowledged me, intentionally lets me sit and wait and this continues after a corporate complaint.
