The entire Park Ridge staff has a fabulous attitude and meets you where your at. The motivation is sincere and the office "house" music keeps the vibe going..IYKYK. My nutritionist provides ideas and suggestions on how to work my meals and exercise accordingly to my personal data and age group. He also has expectations for me, and I appreciate that very much. Eight months later, I've lost 65lbs. My partner has lost 50lbs. It's changed my life. Kyle and Sarah helped us every step of the way.
