I had a very disappointing experience with Options Medical Weight Loss in Park Ridge. The staff was pushy about having me sign up and prepay for a $2,000 program, claiming it would save me money compared to making payments. Marina Briscolino is always nice and friendly. She greets me whenever I walk in the door. She is patient when I have questions and or confused about the process. She listens and gives good advice.
