The people are friendly and good and checking in on you but I haven’t had much success with this like I have in the past and I’ve voiced my opinion and the provider was supposed to let me know something because I’m stuck but have never heard back and just left on the same dose despite my concerns.
Fantastic customer service! I ended up having to discontinue treatment due to an unrelated medical condition that was recently diagnosed. I received a full refund for unused treatment, no questions asked! I will definitely go back to Options if I choose to use GLP-1 in the future.
