My goal is to be as healthy as possible now that I’m 60. Monica is wonderful on educating and so supportive. I did not realize the importance of eating through out the day and getting protein. I’m definitely making healthier choices and not starving all day and wanting eating at night. Health coaching has made a big difference. The office is bright and cheerful. The staff is knowledgeable and always greet me with smiles. Definitely recommend!
