I am happy with Options thus far. I have been on this journey for 3 months and have learned so much about my health and I am seeing results. My health coaching sessions with Adam and Cam are very informative. I feel comfortable being able to ask questions, discuss challenges, brainstorm solutions , etc. I see some of the work from my health coaching starting to turn into daily habits.
