I started this program in April of this year and I’m currently down 30lbs! Options program has gave me my confidence back and assisted me in adopting a healthier life style. I have had such a great experience with Options. Donna was informative and helped me select the right program that fit my goals. Bailey kept me on track and educated. Adam was informative and helpful and most of all friendly. I felt so supported. I’ve lost weight, body fat and have been taken off one of the blood pressure medications I’ve been on for years. I have no regrets for investing in myself and choosing this team.
I am very pleased with my weight loss of 15 lbs on the 3 mos program. The staff is great. Very positive. Never pushy. My clothes Look much better on me and I have more pep in my step. I learned to make better food choices and why. My experience here was everything I wanted it to be.
Donna provided my consultation. She was very friendly and informative about the different “Options “ program plans. She allowed extra time to address my questions and concerns. I was very comfortable after speaking with her and felt I could follow the Options program plan we discussed. I’m looking forward to my weight loss journey .
