I’ve been going here for 8months now. And DOWN 53lbs!!!! Everyone is super friendly, sweet and AMAZING!! I am happy with Options thus far. I have been on this journey for 3 months and have learned so much about my health and I am seeing results. My health coaching sessions with Adam and Cam are very informative. I feel comfortable being able to ask questions, discuss challenges, brainstorm solutions , etc. I see some of the work from my health coaching starting to turn into daily habits. Can’t wait to see what the future holds on this journey!

The staff and coaches are all so helpful and supportive. I have been in the program for 6 months and have lost about 30 lbs. I have been very pleased with the results I am seeing but most importantly, I have learned a whole new healthier approach to eating. I feel I am starting to look healthier and I feel so much better. I appreciate the entire staff but could not have done this without the help and support of my coaches Taylor and Adam.
