Mia and Maya are so lovely. They make me feel super comfortable and I am excited to see them every week. I normally have trouble with medical appointments, but they make all the difference!
Staff is super helpful and friendly. I got a lot of educational information to help with my weight loss journey! Would definitely recommend to anyone trying to start their weight loss.
Love the team at Options Carmel! Maya and I have so much fun in our coaching sessions and all of her advice and goals for me are always reasonable!
