Love the team at Options Carmel! Maya and I have so much fun in our coaching sessions and all of her advice and goals for me are always reasonable! The whole team has accommodated my wacky schedule which I’m super thankful for! I’m down approximately 60 pounds in a year! Taking it slow, but steady. Feeling good!
