I absolutely enjoy coming to Options here in Carmel. The entire staff is so encouraging and helpful. I have learned so much about the importance of healthy eating and the fact that this team is so supportive is great. The staff here has been such an encouragement on my weight loss journey! I’ve lost 60 pounds, and know that the food plan, In-Body reports, health coaching with Maya and medical check ins with Maria have all worked together to make this happen. I love seeing them weekly, and am grateful for their support. It’s been life changing!!
