The team of associates at Options in Grove City are awesome! Always a great vibe when you go in. There coaching sessions are very helpful and keep me on track! There meal plan suggestions are spot on and provide a variety of options for you. They also have delicious protein bars and shakes!!I’ve lost 55lbs on this plan over the last 10 months!
I was referred to Options by a coworkers, otherwise I'm not sure when I would have taken the leap to try a program like this. I have just completed my 6 month program and to say it was a massive success is an understatement. I set a stretch goal of losing 70 pounds in 6 months and I made it there in 5 months. I cannot recommend Options enough, this location in particular. They have been fantastic through this journey with me - up front, responsive, enthusiastic, and extremely knowledgeable about their products, services, and the associated health and medical advice. Consultation with Sean he was very personable and professional wasn’t just trying to sell me anything made me feel very comfortable. Lab work done by Kendra I told her she wasn’t gonna be able to get blood and sure enough she got it the first try and I barely felt it. She was very sweet, we talked about my kids and my new weight loss journey. Definitely a 10 out of 10 experience would recommend them a million times!
