I was referred to Options by a coworkers, otherwise I'm not sure when I would have taken the leap to try a program like this. I have just completed my 6 month program and to say it was a massive success is an understatement. I set a stretch goal of losing 70 pounds in 6 months and I made it there in 5 months. This was our first visit. The staff here is fantastic, very friendly and helpful. A special shout out to Kendra Davis who was awesome getting blood from my wife who wants to pass out at the thought of blood tests. Kendra was very quick and kept my wife at ease through the process.
I have nothing but good things to say about Options clinic in Gahanna. Great experience! I look forward to my appointments each week seeing and chatting with the staff. Everyone is so helpful and very knowledgeable in what they do. They are there for you 100%. I have made great progress and I highly recommend.
I cannot recommend Options enough, this location in particular. They have been fantastic through this journey with me - up front, responsive, enthusiastic, and extremely knowledgeable about their products, services, and the associated health and medical advice. Consultation with Sean he was very personable and professional wasn’t just trying to sell me anything made me feel very comfortable. Lab work done by Kendra I told her she wasn’t gonna be able to get blood and sure enough she got it the first try and I barely felt it. She was very sweet, we talked about my kids and my new weight loss journey. Definitely a 10 out of 10 experience would recommend them a million times!
