I had an amazing experience at Options Medical Weight Loss in Rochester Hills. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful during my entire weight loss journey. I lost about 30 pounds in 18 weeks using their diet plan. The best thing about it is that the diet plan is very maintainable even after you reach your weight loss goal!
