The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. I love my food coach! I like that I was taught how to administrators my medication and that it is now being sent to my house for me to do all by myself. I have been with Options for almost a year and have noticed significant improvement in my overall health and weight loss.
Walking into this clinic was the best decision of my adult life. My only regret is NOT finding them sooner in life. I have been going to Options since June 2025. I have a lost approximately 16.5 pounds. I have six months to go on my weight-loss journey. I’ve hit my goal, but would like to lose a few more. My health coach, Kelsey, is the best! The whole team is outstanding and only want the best for you. I’m glad I stumbled upon them.
An amazing team in Rochester Hills. So supportive and willing to help. Keep in mind this program will only be as good as what you make it to be. You have to change your habits and this team truly tries to assist you with that. It’s a marathon not a sprint!
I have been going to Options about six weeks and all the staff are great. From my first visit with Quinton to all follow up visits have been awesome. The team really cares about the goals you have set for yourself and will help you with reaching those goals.
