I have been going to Options since June 2025. I have a lost approximately 16.5 pounds. I have six months to go on my weight-loss journey. I’ve hit my goal, but would like to lose a few more. My health coach, Kelsey, is the best! The whole team is outstanding and only want the best for you. I’m glad I stumbled upon them.
The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. I love my food coach! I like that I was taught how to administrators my medication and that it is now being sent to my house for me to do all by myself. I have been with Options for almost a year and have noticed significant improvement in my overall health and weight loss.
An amazing team in Rochester Hills. So supportive and willing to help. Keep in mind this program will only be as good as what you make it to be. You have to change your habits and this team truly tries to assist you with that. It’s a marathon not a sprint!
