I have been on the program for 2 months and so far it's been a great experience, and I'm already down 20 lbs. My coach Terran is very knowledgeable. He ensures I'm eating enough protein and working out daily to continue to lose fat and not muscle. My nurse Ashley is so supportive as well and is flexible to meet with me when I have questions. I definitely recommend Options to anyone struggling with weight loss.

Thank you to Options Medical Weight Loss in Novi. The staff here cares about your goals and overall health. I want to give shoutouts to each member here for your welcoming energy. Emily was so fun, helpful, and encouraging. I really do see changes within myself, learning about how to eat has helped my mental and physical health. The hardest part is the beginning after the first two weeks it becomes easier. I feel more energetic, happier, I am so grateful. Soon I hope to be wedding ready. Thank you.
