I have been on the program for 2 months and so far it's been a great experience, and I'm already down 20 lbs. My coach Terran is very knowledgeable. He ensures I'm eating enough protein and working out daily to continue to lose fat and not muscle. My nurse Ashley is so supportive as well and is flexible to meet with me when I have questions. I definitely recommend Options to anyone struggling with weight loss.
