My health coach, Jeane Harrison, is the best. She is so supportive, thoughtful and encouraging. I feel like she genuinely cares about my mental health as well as my physical health. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a supportive coach.

Absolutely love this place! I’ve been here for a month and I lost 11lbs. When I had a bad week (or two) Jeane and Chanel were supportive and encouraging to get me back to basics. Tough love and guilt work for me. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable, despite some being young enough to me my own kids! 😉 Highly recommend this program, as does my cardiologist! Visceral fat is not your friend.
