Impressive level of service. Every visit to the Schaumburg location has been a great experience. The team provides sincere, friendly care and coaching that actually makes a difference. Sarah, in particular, is the perfect fit for her role. She is incredibly personable and knowledgeable, and you can tell she truly cares about helping you succeed. Sarah's professionalism paired with genuine warmth really stands out. Overall, I've had a great experience at Options and would highly recommend them.

I’m sharing this to help others avoid billing confusion. My husband and I both enrolled in the GLP-1 Options Essential 3-Month plan at the same time after being told month-to-month plans were no longer offered. We each paid $897 and only used one month of services before requesting refunds. I’ve been going to options for 1 month now and I can honestly say I regret not doing it sooner. Wonderful staff, they make you feel great about yourself while helping you improve certain things you’re struggling with. It’s been 1 month in and I’ve lost 5 pounds already. I can’t wait for my final results.

On 8/14/25 provider sent me home with the wrong medication and when i discussed the dosage with another provider they do not agree with the amount that was given to me. So they can't even agree with the dosage that is given. Made me have horrible side effects for 3 days i would vomit every 2-3 hours and feel very nauseous, could not eat anything. I want to terminate my "journey with them and get reimbursed" for their lack of professionalism and their error on giving me the wrong medication. I feel unsafe to move forward.

I have been going to the Schaumburg location for about 2 months now. Everyone that works there is very friendly and knowledgeable. I am 9 pounds away from my goal weight and with everyone’s help I honestly think I will be able to hit it. . Nobody pressures me to purchase anything I can’t afford which is one of the things that I really like about this location too. If you are looking to loose weight I would recommend reaching out to this location.
