I had a fantastic experience at Options Medical Weight Loss! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and efficient. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and I was seen promptly. Gio, and Dr. Dixon took the time to listen to my concerns, explain everything clearly, and address all my questions. I felt genuinely cared for and well-informed. I didn’t get the other medical staff’s names but they are incredibly kind and welcoming also! I highly recommend Options Medical Weight Loss!

I have been going to the Raleigh location of Options Weight Loss Clinic since January 2025. I am currently within 6lbs of my weight loss goals. Lakeisha has been my lab tech since I first started the injections. I signed up for a weight loss program with Options Medical Weightloss that included GLP-1 injections. During the course of the program, I became pregnant and had to discontinue the injections. I notified the company of my situation, and I was informed that I would be refunded for the remaining injections I could no longer receive. I was later sent a refund receipt showing that the refund had been processed. However, after 10 business days, I noticed that the funds had not been returned to my card. I can’t say enough positive things about this practice. The support is amazing. I’m on the way to my goal weight and have never felt better. If you’re thinking about weight loss just contact them! 3/21/2025 update: my life has changed. It’s really as simple as that. My husband and I feel so good, are very active and have lots of energy! I owe this all to Options. Can’t say thank you enough!!
