This place is changing my life! I’ve always struggled with my weight and being able to hold myself accountable to make good choices for my health, but this place has changed me for the better. She has been so friendly, knowledgeable and amazing, if you’re thinking of taking this next step, i highly recommend! i started at 165lbs and i am currently 145lbs 😊 still have a few more weeks to go!
