St Charles facility:: I called in today to ask some questions. Jon Kirwin jumped on the call and encouraged me to come in to meet with him this afternoon for a consultation. I went in and he was friendly, fun, educated and I felt that he heard and understood me. I signed up for training with him before I left. Really looking forward to our sessions!
I have been so disappointed in this place. I was doing good with my weightloss then the place shut down due to a pipe break. I was through to the side, never was called, never reached out. I stayed in touch with my medical provider via phone. There was no personal touch anymore especially when my coach left. Im back to where I was when I started after a year and feeling so defeated. I would not recommend this place for anyone.
I have been going to options for 6 months and love this team with my whole heart! They have made the process fun and keep my spirits up when I have a tough week. All the providers treat you like a real person and see you and celebrate you for who you are now. I highly recommend this location for your weight loss journey!
Kaylee and Francisca are great coaches. You can tell they enjoy what the do and are eager to help you meeting your goals. I highly recommend Options and this team.
