I absolutely love this place. So far I have lost 45 lbs and still counting. The staff and s wonderful Jackie, Lakisha, Alex, and Geo. They are a phenomenal staff. Thank you all on my weight loss journey.
I have had a long journey, and though my whole journey has not been here in Cary, NC, this is where the most help came from. My first Pic was when I was walking into the hospital to have my youngest child June 26, 2023- almost 2 years ago. I was 220 lbs and could just barely walk. The second pic was 1 year later- June 2024, I was around 170 lbs. I had lost some doing semiglutide injections while living in VA, but was not given the nutrition information. Everyone at Options is so professional and very knowledgeable. They always have time to answer my questions and I never feel rushed. Lakeisha is so polite in helping me with my scheduling needs. Jackie is so very knowledgeable. She went over my blood test results line by line and explained everything to me professionally and politely. Honestly, my regular PCP does not even explain things that well. I forgot the name of the young man I first spoke with, but he spent hours with me and answered every question.
