The services and personalized attention here are great! The staff are all so considerate, knowledgeable, and most of all always rooting for you. They always acknowledge specific wins and honestly tell you about where and how you can improve. I cannot recommend them highly enough for anyone who has had trouble losing weight on their own in the past and wants some extra help.
I want to say that the staff here is wonderful. All issues are with Options the company making unfair and nonsensical changes, that impact both their customers and their own staff. I enjoyed coming here because they administered injections for you, and was okay paying a little more for the medication for that reason. Corporate has now announced that all injections will be sent home in a syringe for the customer to administer themself, with no change in price. I had an absolutely amazing time here at the Cary location. I will say that with budget cuts, losing my provider that had great knowledge on PCOS was a tough pill to swallow. However, everyone made sure I was comfortable with my new provider and even helped design a workout plan specific to my needs. I went from 215 to 165 where I have held steady, it’s been several months since my last injection but the food and nutrition knowledge I acquired will last forever.
Once I began my weight loss journey, I knew I was in the right upon stepping into this Office. Ms. Jacqulyn and Geo are the best. I recommended this office to all of my friends.❤️
