I loved my visit to Ottalaus and left with a wonderful haircut. I have had the same hair stylist for 17 years and it is REALLY hard for me to trust anyone new. Ester put me right at ease and did an incredible job with my hair. I am so pleased with the results and will definitely be back!
My stylist was Mellie and she was awesome. We had spent a little over 7 hours on my hair, she was kind and attentive that entire time. And she did not disappoint! Walked in with patchy, black dyed hair. Walked out a red head, and my hair was silky soft.
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with the utmost warmth, professionalism, and hospitality—truly making me feel like royalty. Taylor went above and beyond to exceed all my expectations. He listened attentively, patiently looked through pictures with me, and allowed me to share all my thoughts, concerns, and goals regarding my hair health, style, and needs. I love Ottalaus not just for the beautiful job they do (I have seen more than half of the stylists here for random routine treatments), I love Ottalaus for the beauty of their souls!
