My stylist was Mellie and she was awesome. We had spent a little over 7 hours on my hair, she was kind and attentive that entire time. And she did not disappoint! Walked in with patchy, black dyed hair. Walked out a red head, and my hair was silky soft.
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with the utmost warmth, professionalism, and hospitality—truly making me feel like royalty. Taylor went above and beyond to exceed all my expectations. He listened attentively, patiently looked through pictures with me, and allowed me to share all my thoughts, concerns, and goals regarding my hair health, style, and needs. Mellie is so warm and welcoming. She did phenomenal at making my hair dreams come true.
I came in with pink Overtone and wanted to go back to blonde. I heard unfortunately too late how badly it can stain hair so I was prepared to have little lift. However, Mellie not only got the pink OUT but got me back to the ashy blonde I was hoping for. I left feeling beautiful and so grateful. Had a great experience and will be coming back.
