I absolutely loved my experience at Ottalaus with Emily at south Jordan. She helped blend my grays with my highlights, and created a plan for me to get my hair healthy again! I’ve never felt blonde or bright enough, but Emily has helped me reach that! I totally recommend Emily for your blonding needs!
Joseph did an incredible job with my hair! I came in with thick, heavy hair that lacked dimension and felt flat, but he completely transformed it into exactly what I had envisioned—and honestly, even better than I imagined was possible. The layers and thinning were done perfectly, giving my hair movement, shape, and a beautiful frame for my face. The wash was also fantastic—thorough, refreshing, and left my hair feeling so clean. Rachael did an amazing job on my hair! I absolutely LOVE how it turned out! She spent so much time focusing on all the little details to make sure it looked perfect! The whole atmosphere of the salon was beautiful and welcoming! Highly recommend!
Absolutely unprofessional. I booked an appointment a week and a half out, put my credit card on file because of their cancellation policy, only for Kaity to turn around and cancel on me. Who’s paying me for wasting my time? It’s hypocritical and shows a complete lack of respect for clients. I didn’t even get a chance to walk through the door, and it’s clear my haircut wasn’t worth her time. Sofia was very sweet and did everything I asked. She made sure i was comfortable and walked me through every step. The head massage was great and I will definitely see her again.
