I went in for a balayage back in mid November. I did a color consult with the stylist first (Starr) and then did the color a couple weeks later. In both the consult and day of, I told her that I wanted a chocolate, brown, dessert-y color, decidedly not blonde. She seemed to understand and we proceeded. Been going to Starr for a couple of years it was the best decision, I never knew how to style my hair until Starr helped me find my way. Starr is amazing at dyeing dark hair she definitely knows her way around color and hair and ottalaus always have a clean place and are very friendly
My stylist was Liv! Being in her chair truly feels like a minky couture blanket so soft and delicate and fluffy! Such a comfortable salon and so fun! Liv brings the chair to life with color and cut! Absolutely stunning soul she has!! Highly recommend this salon!! You will leave relaxed and beautiful!!

My experience at Ottalus was great. My stylist Taylor was very kind and a good conversationalist. She did a great job of highlighting my hair and walking me through the process since it was my first time getting my hair dyed. Definitely would suggest her to anyone coming in!
