Been going to Starr for a couple of years it was the best decision, I never knew how to style my hair until Starr helped me find my way. Starr is amazing at dyeing dark hair she definitely knows her way around color and hair and ottalaus always have a clean place and are very friendly

I went in for a balayage back in mid November. I did a color consult with the stylist first (Starr) and then did the color a couple weeks later. In both the consult and day of, I told her that I wanted a chocolate, brown, dessert-y color, decidedly not blonde. She seemed to understand and we proceeded. While I have had my hair colored before, it's been done sporadically, so I can't speak as if I know what every part of the process is or how long it should take. Starr was my stylist and the service was immaculate. Definitely the most pleasant hair appointment I've ever had. She was fun, energetic, & very friendly. Will definitely be back in the future so long as she is my stylist!
I was about to call and make a reservation and decided to look at the reviews. I have to say I have followed my stylist (Starr) from Salon to salon. I have been going to her for 7 years. Even though she is very far from me now I make the trip. I have had highlights, colors, balayages, solid colors, Brazilian blowouts, cuts and everything you can think of done by her.
