Been going to Starr for a couple of years it was the best decision, I never knew how to style my hair until Starr helped me find my way. Starr is amazing at dyeing dark hair she definitely knows her way around color and hair and ottalaus always have a clean place and are very friendly

I went in for a balayage back in mid November. I did a color consult with the stylist first (Starr) and then did the color a couple weeks later. In both the consult and day of, I told her that I wanted a chocolate, brown, dessert-y color, decidedly not blonde. She seemed to understand and we proceeded. While I have had my hair colored before, it's been done sporadically, so I can't speak as if I know what every part of the process is or how long it should take. Liv cuts my daughter’s hair. Besides the excellent service, she makes my daughter feel special and comfortable. She does fantastic with the cut and designs in the undercut. Liv is awesome!
