If I could give a higher rating I would. While the services are pricey, it’s worth your dollar. Liam always dyes my hair and it’s because he always does such a phenomenal job I have no reason to look elsewhere, and he’s so wonderful and great at asking you about how you’re doing and making sure you feel like a priority! I don't know why but I am not able to communicate with the designer. She don't listen to my request, she just keep asking me how much do I want to cut. I said that’s depends, I am trying to discuss a suitable length based on my current layers. She doesn’t listen, just keep stopping me and ask me length. I am like excuse me? Jessica always does such an amazing job with my curly hair—she really understands curls and their unique needs and she listens carefully and is fun to chat with. The salon is clean and all the staff are friendly and super helpful.
I intentionally choose the most expensive hair stylist there in hope to get a great haircut. I am still processing why I paid $250 for the worst haircut in my life. It’s uneven (the right and left sides are completely different lengths, one side has layers, another doesn’t), impossible to style. I am behind frustrated and simply angry.
I went to this salon for a color correction after a previous appointment at another place left me with uneven highlights—some of which turned orange, especially near my face and roots. The majority of my hair, from my ears down to my chest, was a light beige blonde, and my goal was to correct the orange tones in the highlights near my roots while maintaining the lighter blonde on my ends.
