If I could give a higher rating I would. While the services are pricey, it’s worth your dollar. Liam always dyes my hair and it’s because he always does such a phenomenal job I have no reason to look elsewhere, and he’s so wonderful and great at asking you about how you’re doing and making sure you feel like a priority! I recently had a haircut with Jessica, and I am extremely pleased with the outcome. I went from long to short hair and I absolutely adore my new look! I was a bit nervous taking so much length off but I know I wanted a cute modern bob (not a mom bob). Jessica was very professional and devoted time to truly understand my desires. She carefully listened to my preferences and brought my haircut vision to life flawlessly. I would highly recommend Jessica if you are wanting to go short!
I had such a horrible experience at this salon months ago. Not only was the service terrible but also the outcome of my so called caramel highlights that was blonde on one side of my head. Before I went to the salon I thought I will have fun, feel great, & come out lookin' good after having such a terrible year. When I first walked into the salon, I was greeted & sat down. Had a terrible experience. I wanted to get a haircut for my birthday. I get there 15 mins early, at 3. they "checked me in." 45 mins passes, and I had already gone up to the desk 3 times in that span of time asking if someone was going to come get me. The girl at the desk goes on lunch, another comes back. When you come back from lunch, some kind of communication should happen.
