Very disappointed in the Henna Lip products from PE Cosmetics. The color fades within a few days, despite proper application. When I contacted customer service, my complaint was completely dismissed. Instead of taking responsibility, they pass the blame on not following their training, a transparent way to make even more money on a product that simply doesn't work.
