One of the best beauty salons in London, with warm, friendly, and highly professional staff. My 14-year-old nephew, before she went to boarding school with strict rules, needed to change her hair colour from deep blue to natural. She has beautiful, long hair, so it wasn’t easy to do, and we didn’t want to take any chances. Arthur met us at the salon. He made my nephew feel welcome, warm, and relaxed. I learned about this place from one of my mum’s friends on social media. I’ve had a haircut there a few times and was generally satisfied. I also booked an appointment for today but wasn’t able to make it because of an issue with my 4-months old baby. I called the place beforehand, but they said their policy doesn’t allow any changes. Had my hair cut with Daniel today. He was incredible. Gave amazing advice on what would suit my face shape and hair pattern. The results blew me away, my hair hasn’t looked this healthy and shiny in so long. The products he used were great, but ultimately, it was his blow drying technique that impressed me. I couldn’t recommend more. Everyone was so friendly and the customer service as a whole was exceptional. Thank you!!!
I had such an amazing experience today with 2 lovely ladies that did my nails, administrator and a receptionist. This was probably the best manicure pedicure experience since I’ve moved to London. I will definitely come again because of the cleanliness, attention to detail and warmth of the people that work here💗
