A huge thank you to the amazing hairstylist Natalia, who literally caught me by the hand just before I did something irreversible to my hair. Getting out of an unwanted hair color is quite a stressful journey, and trusting a new stylist after previous mistakes can be tough. I had such an amazing experience today with 2 lovely ladies that did my nails, administrator and a receptionist. This was probably the best manicure pedicure experience since I’ve moved to London. I will definitely come again because of the cleanliness, attention to detail and warmth of the people that work here💗
Extremely disappointed ……. I got a Japanese Tokyo Incarami hair treatment that was extremely expensive £190 and was supposed to be the top and it is not, a haircut that it’s just ok and the worse blow dry I ever had in my life…..! Never again…. I do not recommend. Total of 290£……… $391.18 dollars.
Olha, my make up artist, was very good in doing my day time make up. The make up turnt out very natural and remained on point throughout the afternoon until evening. Olga, my hair stylist, had put my hair curly into a beautiful bun. The hair holds up and falls beautifully throughout the evening. Both ladies catered to my hair and face type, and generously asked what I wanted and liked. I had a lovely time in my graduation with my hair and make up done with them.
For the first time in 3 years, I finally found a beauty salon that offers not only professional technique and service, but also the kind of warm, caring communication I used to experience back home in Ukraine.
