I live in VA, USA. Here on vacation, my friend and I decided to get manicures in London so we picked Pied-De-Poule because of the reviews…and they did not disappoint!! This is by far the most pleased I’ve ever been with my nails. Erika was extremely nice, patient, clean and paid extreme attention to detail!! I’ve always struggled with my nails and have gotten accustomed to getting acrylic whenever I do get them done, after today I will only be getting gel manicures!! UPDATE 02.10.24 It’s been nearly a week of pain since I had the manicure. The wounds that the manicurist caused me have become more visible and inflamed, making it painful to cook, clean or even wash my hands. Unfortunately, the look of the nails / fingers also got worse. The worst haircut of my life. When it was cut too short, I thought …What else could go wrong? but then I saw the final result. Just look at the photo. If it weren’t for my friend stepping in, I would have left the salon with this so-called ‘state-of-the-art’ haircut. I’m starting to believe the glowing reviews are fake. I’m absolutely shocked and disappointed.
