Extremely disappointed ……. I got a Japanese Tokyo Incarami hair treatment that was extremely expensive £190 and was supposed to be the top and it is not, a haircut that it’s just ok and the worse blow dry I ever had in my life…..! Never again…. I do not recommend. Total of 290£……… $391.18 dollars.
The first time, the gel nail cracked in about 2 weeks. I didn't really want to go the second time, but I paid the deposit, so I went. My nail also cracked a little, but the staff said it was okay because it wasn't your nail. It still bothered me, so I had the index finger on my left hand reinforced. The second time was really the worst. The gel nail on my right thumb peeled off in couple of days, and the gel nail on my left index finger, which was reinforced, broke in about a week. Before they opened, I hadn’t done a manicure in London for three years — simply because I couldn’t find anyone who truly understands what high quality means.
