One of the best beauty salons in London, with warm, friendly, and highly professional staff. My 14-year-old nephew, before she went to boarding school with strict rules, needed to change her hair colour from deep blue to natural. She has beautiful, long hair, so it wasn’t easy to do, and we didn’t want to take any chances. Arthur met us at the salon. He made my nephew feel welcome, warm, and relaxed. I had such an amazing experience today with 2 lovely ladies that did my nails, administrator and a receptionist. This was probably the best manicure pedicure experience since I’ve moved to London. I learned about this place from one of my mum’s friends on social media. I’ve had a haircut there a few times and was generally satisfied. I also booked an appointment for today but wasn’t able to make it because of an issue with my 4-months old baby. I called the place beforehand, but they said their policy doesn’t allow any changes.
