My appointment was for a hybrid lash set at 5:30pm with the store closing at 7pm. When the tech came out to greet me her demeanor was as though she was disappointed that I had showed up to my appointment. The tech asked what style I was interested in and I shared my photo. She told me that it appeared to be more of a volume look. I expressed interest in upgrading to a volume set, however, I was told that there was not enough time to complete a volume set.
