worst experience of my life. I went in with blonde hair asking for highlights and a cut. I went to Koji. It was my first time at this location. I left with BROWN hair - 3.5 hours later. It was horrific. No communication as to what in earth went wrong! Bad product combined with total failure and lack of communication and skills on part of stylist. A total nightmare.
