Fiona was so lovely, i was immediately very comfortable with her. She was professionally informative while still creating a friendly atmosphere where I could have stayed all day. I have only started my treatment for melasma but I’m keen to see the progress working along side her. (And it was nice she seemed just as excited as I was!)
Dr Suvro was very kind, non judgmental and I didn’t feel rushed with him like with other Drs, you have his full attention. He is extremely knowledgeable about his art which is what attracted me to the clinic. I love the professionalism of the clinic you feel very safe. He was honest and could have listened to me and put more and taken more money but wanted to do it properly. Not many places left like that. I absolutely love coming to Prophile Clinics. The service is always outstanding, and the ladies are incredibly friendly — they truly go above and beyond for their clients. Dr Suvro is amazing; such a gentle, caring doctor who clearly knows exactly what he’s doing. I’ve been here a few times now and honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend!

Dr Suvro and his technician treatment team are excellent highly skilled professionals with attention to detail to give you the best result possible!
