**I NEVER leave reviews** Buyer beware. Poor customer service from start to finish. My product was labeled “ship cold and refrigerate immediately” but arrived warm. When I flagged it, they brushed it off with “it should still be ok” and offered only to refund the shipping. I even offered to bring it back right away—was told not necessary—then weeks later they demanded I return it after I had already thrown it out. I absolutely love this place! From Molly, Kelsey and Melissa who always sit and chat with me are beyond knowledgeable about my care. Callie the front desk always greets with a smile and makes me feel so welcome! This is an incredible office and would recommend them to everyone!
