This review has nothing to do with the services I received from the aesthetician. The front desk is also lovely. It is a general plea to the company to educate your other staff. There needs to be more communication between the people giving the service and the client. For example, what to expect- the amount of pain that might come as a result of an injection, a filler, etc., talking to a client beforehand making them feel comfortable and not rushed should really be a priority and I don’t feel as it is in this place. I joined the monthly membership program due to the once a month service included as well as discounts on other services and have not regretted it! I have been getting lip laser hair removal by Marco and hydrating facials by Stefan and they are both excellent aestheticians. Not only are they highly skilled in their in conducting the service and knowledge about the process, but they are highly personable and make me feel like they know me and care about me. I absolutely love Relive. I’ve been able to boost my overall wellness inside out and their staff is extremely knowledgeable and accommodating . I recommend everyone to give them a try. I have personally gotten their IV services, facials, laser treatments, peptide/ vitamin injections and effective trizepitide . Make sure for ask for Marco and RN Victoria for all esthetic needs! They’re amazing !
Beautiful facility and amazing options. Had the hydrofacial with Marco and was so so impressed. Francesca at the front desk was so helpful and I can’t wait to come back for more treatments. I’m finishing off with a vitamin B injection and I couldn’t imagine a better way to end a busy work day.
I have been a member at Relive since it opened, and I can’t speak highly enough about my experience. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed by the friendly and knowledgeable staff.
