I love this place! The staff is always so friendly and professional, and the infrared sauna, red light, and cryo have all made such a positive impact. Since coming here the past few months, I no longer feel the knot in my neck or the pain in my hip. My stress levels are down and I leave every session glowing .

I was a member of Rise Modern Wellness in Bend, Oregon for over three years and held an unlimited membership at a rate that was clearly offered and agreed upon at the time. During a recent appointment, the owner informed me that he could no longer honor that rate unless the terms were changed from unlimited visits to six visits per month. What a wonderful experience - Meghan and her team went out of their way to take care of my husband and me. Results were immediate with my husband feeling instant relief from his back pain. I would highly recommend a visit.

We loved RISE Modern Wellness. I’m just bummed we discovered it only four days before moving out of town! They have lots of excellent wellness therapies including salt, infrared saunas, red light, PEMF, compression, sound, and more. Great place. Highly recommend!

This place is amazing! I did the infrared sauna and cryotherapy and felt awesome after. Jaden and the rest of the staff were so knowledgeable and accommodating. Would love to come back.
