Nataly, Macy, Megan and Nurse Amy - you changed my life! The warm welcome you offered and education you were able to provide about the services at RISE were unmatched! Nurse Amy, it has been almost one week since we crossed paths, and I have thought about you ever since! I am typically very scared of needles/IVs, but you made that experience so comfortable and rewarding. I will be coming back!
Nice location, people were friendly and helpful. Disappointment with the whole body cryo as it resulted in a very painful burn despite wearing the provided gloves and being in the unit while supervised. Hope the burn doesn’t blister or leave a scar but is quite painful and will affect my primary job as a surgeon. Scrubbing prior to surgery will be difficult until this heals.
The girls that work there are so inviting & make you feel loved and cared for. Went for my free cryotherapy & I will definitely be back to try out all their amenities.
So excited to see Cryotherapy make its way to Bend, Oregon! This was our first time trying Cryotherapy, and to say we loved it is an understatement. All around an amazing experience! If you’re at all anxious about getting an iv or are looking for a relaxing experience do NOT go here. They forgot about me in a room for 25 minutes after doing an intake on a video call. Then did my iv in a chair by the front door with cold draft and noise of front desk ppl talking amongst themselves . The only good part was a knowledgeable kind nurse. If I do this again I’ll go elsewhere even if I pay double .
