I love this place! The staff is always so friendly and professional, and the infrared sauna, red light, and cryo have all made such a positive impact. Since coming here the past few months, I no longer feel the knot in my neck or the pain in my hip. My stress levels are down and I leave every session glowing .
This place is great. Such a jewel in this town to walk in and everyone knows you and treats you like a human instead of a customer. Every person there is so nice and personal with everyone that walks in the door. The services are amazing, so useful to maintain a healthy relationship with the body and the environment allows for a peaceful setting. Thank you for being awesome.

The customer service here is so genuine and I always feel like staff does everything they can to be understanding and adapt to my needs! So excited to see Cryotherapy make its way to Bend, Oregon! This was our first time trying Cryotherapy, and to say we loved it is an understatement. All around an amazing experience!
