RISE was very clean and well maintained. This was my first visit and I was greeted immediately and given a tour of the facility. They have some really cool things from infrared sauna to cryo therapy and more. I did the 50 min sauna session. It’s nice that you have your own room and they provide towels. She set my sauna to 40 minutes which I was confused about because I paid for a 50 minute session. The sauna was very hot and felt amazing. Rise Wellness is a professional clinic and very helpful with the different treatments that I used. I was on vacation in Bend Oregon, and was offered several treatments which were very effective to what I needed . The staff were very professional and pleasant and friendly, Joni worked with me and informed me about all the healthy benefits of the cryotherapy and my other treatments. I'm so happy to have this Wellness center in the East Valley. It has state of the art equipment and has everything I need to get and stay healthy. The staff is great! Welcome to the Valley RISE.
They gave my appt away. Stood there while a lady chkd in to mine, and they wanted me to come back in 5 hrs. Staff nice. Barefoot in open spaces seems very not health dept approved, I'd asked if they have spa shoes or do we bring ours. Nope, ppl are shoeless. They asked if I wanted to use the credit card on file, told me the last 4...I didn't have one on file. Guess I should've used the poor person they messed up, just kidding.
So excited to see Cryotherapy make its way to Bend, Oregon! This was our first time trying Cryotherapy, and to say we loved it is an understatement. All around an amazing experience! The office is clean and cozy. Garret and Rachel were very professional and knowledgeable about all the benefits of cryotherapy. We loved the cute slipper options to wear.
