RISE has been one of the most truly transformative experiences of my life. It has healed me not just on a physical level, but also mentally, emotionally and spiritually! It has truly amplified my life! I’m forever grateful for everyone at RISE. They have become my friends and my family. To be able to witness real healing, the natural way (the way our bodies are intended to heal) without a bandaid patch is such a gift! Do yourself and your body a favor and go check RISE out! I hated cryotherapy but then I signed up for a membership to come back for it. Perfect love-hate relationship 😂 But seriously, this place is amazing. My next favorite place after the gym, and the office.

No surgery needed! I was introduced by my doctor who recommended cryotherapy as means of reducing inflammation and pain around my shoulder, but little did I realize there would be so many additional benefits! Not only did I forgo bicep tenodesis surgery but my overall energy significantly improved as well as my sleep cycles, which has been awesome. Beautiful facility, friendly staff, and lots of healthcare options. I got my first whole body cryotherapy and the after effects felt amazing. I slept like a baby! Thanks again. Will be getting cryotherapy on the regular.
