The place is very neat and the staff is very sweet. On my first attempt, my pedicure looked great. I had it done at the same time with manicure. The mani did not turn out good at all (first picture after 5 days) but after my review I was contacted by the team and offered to book a revisit. I went back and a new technician did an excellent job (second picture). Exactly what one would expect getting Russian manicure for $80. I guess it all depends on the experience of the technician. Great customer service!
Excellent service! The technicians took their time, were meticulous, professional and provided fantastic work. LOVE! I would highly recommend! UPDATE: I’m surprised to see that only four days later two of my nails are starting to see splitting and lifting between the nails and the gel. I started to notice yesterday when my nails began snagging on various fabrics creating damage to my natural nail. I really love this location as opposed to their Midtown one (which is still good) and am willing to travel from Upper Manhattan just to come here due to its more relaxed vibes and environment. I’ve always had a great experience and today I think I even found a new favorite nail tech: Alena! They’re efficient, quick and about getting things done in the most professional manner possible while providing excellent customer service.
