I had a wonderful massage session! The therapist Sarah was incredibly skilled at identifying the areas where my muscles were tense and tailored the massage perfectly to release the knots. She applied just the right amount of pressure and checked in to make sure I was comfortable. I left feeling relaxed, lighter, and with noticeably less tension. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a professional and attentive massage experience.
I’m so glad to be part of this studio. I love Pilates and now the functional strength training. Part of the membership includes Sauna etc. its a supportive environment that just keeps me going.
Absolutely love Sabel Studio. The Owner Sarah has done an amazing job at creating a warm and welcoming studio. The intructors I have had, Gee and Maria are so great at what they do an genuinely care about each individual in the class.
