I have had many massages by Sacred Hour massage therapists over the last ten years and I can honestly say they are the most professional, well trained and amazing people. The owner Tabitha holds the entire staff to a five star level. I recommend this Spa regularly to family and friends. It is an absolute must try.
I've been getting regular facials for two years, but decided to try somewhere closer to my home. I've always heard great things about Sacred Hour, and I was glad to see the offered an express facial. When I walked in, the receptionist was not friendly in the slightest. She even asked my a question, picked up her cell phone and appeared to be typing on it. Just had an amazing Indian Head Massage at the Rocky River location by LeeAnn. I wanted to take a moment to celebrate what a wonderful business Sacred Hour is from top to bottom. From the second you walk through the door you feel a Zen come over you and you start to unwind. Their check process is smooth, you pay for everything in the beginning, so when your service is over, you can quietly leave. No checking out or process to go through. Kind customer service and staff, beautiful decor with crystals, earth elements, & natural pieces, and top notch massage services. It’s a treat to be able to receive a treatment at Sacred Hour Wellness Spa. I love both locations, and specifically love the better parking options at Rocky River location.
We got a couples massage for the first time and it was AMAZING. So comforting and soothing, they have done a really nice job with the design of the space.
