I had an amazing Osea Facial with Sierra at Sacred Hour. Not only is the new space beautiful, the entire staff was so kind and you could tell that everyone on the team was passionate about your experience from start to finish. I am an esthetician myself so I have had many facials and this facial left my skin feeling so hydrated and healthy - I am still glowing hours later! This Spa is wonderful. Tabitha and Lisa are truly just phenomenal human beings. We came in last minute from out of town seeking relaxation before my mother’s upcoming surgery. They squeezed us in and showed us amazing hospitality. All the ladies there were so warm and welcoming. Truly an environment where you do not feel like just another person. Been going here for years, first time at the new location and it was beautiful. Loved my body healing mocktail, very delicious and a kind bartender made it even better. Zack my masseuse did an absolutely amazing job 10/10 best massage I have ever had! If you need deep tissue he’s got you! Can’t wait to book again!
I frequent sacred hour and took my husband for a couples massage, Erin was AMAZING. Only this time (as well as my last solo massage) was supposed to be an hour started at 11:27 (supposed to be 11:15) and still ended at 12:15. I normally wouldn’t complain but this has happened twice now. I’m paying for an hour I want to be massaged for an hour. Bummed.
