Sacred Hour has been my go to for many years for top notch spa services especially deep tissue massage. I am a massage therapist myself & have a very high level of standard when it comes to therapeutic, specific massage for my particular needs & areas of pain. I’m writing a follow up review about an extremely unsettling experience my friend and I had at Sacred Hour Spa on 12/19/24. My friend has been coming to Sacred Hour for years and I was excited as this was my first time booking at the spa. I feel compelled to share this deeply concerning experience with my Cleveland community. Last week, I visited Sacred Hour Spa for a massage, hoping for a relaxing start to my holiday break with a long-time friend. Instead, I left shaken and deeply disappointed. During my massage, the masseuse’s behavior alarmed me. I've been going to Sacred Hour for years. You get what you pay for here with quality, comfort, care, relaxation and outstanding services whether nails, facial, massage, etc. or have a drink at the hidden gem of Tribu bar and lounge (you can get the relaxing Sacred Hour vibes there anytime for a drink even if you don't have a service). Pro Tip: Make sure you double check whether your service is at the Lakewood or Rocky River location...they are within a few minutes of each other and both addresses have Detroit in their name. ... read more
