I frequent sacred hour and took my husband for a couples massage, Erin was AMAZING. Only this time (as well as my last solo massage) was supposed to be an hour started at 11:27 (supposed to be 11:15) and still ended at 12:15. I normally wouldn’t complain but this has happened twice now. I’m paying for an hour I want to be massaged for an hour. Bummed.
I rarely write reviews but this place is so good I felt I needed to. I have had many massages by Sacred Hour therapists over the last ten years and they have been truly amazing. The level of luxury, professionalism and knowledge is incredible. I am looking forward to bringing my daughter and her friends there to celebrate a special occasion together. The owner Tabitha goes above and beyond to meet your every need. Even mailing me products when I run out. I highly recommend this spa.
Sacred Hour has been my go to for many years for top notch spa services especially deep tissue massage. I am a massage therapist myself & have a very high level of standard when it comes to therapeutic, specific massage for my particular needs & areas of pain. I've been going to Sacred Hour for years. You get what you pay for here with quality, comfort, care, relaxation and outstanding services whether nails, facial, massage, etc. or have a drink at the hidden gem of Tribu bar and lounge (you can get the relaxing Sacred Hour vibes there anytime for a drink even if you don't have a service). Pro Tip: Make sure you double check whether your service is at the Lakewood or Rocky River location...they are within a few minutes of each other and both addresses have Detroit in their name. ... read more
Sacred Hour remains the most incredible spa in cleveland! The Korean body scrub is one of the best treatments I have ever had at any spa anywhere! The attention to every detail is incredible!
