Absolutely loved my haircut by Kyle! He is extremely detail-oriented and was able to breathe new life into my hair! Loved the much-needed volume he gave me. Kyle’s a real pleasure to be around which makes the whole experience even better!
Kyle did a fantastic job with both my mother and my hair. He is a magician with his hands and has a keen sense of symmetry, proportion, and detail. The Sassoon salon is very welcoming, clean and beautifully maintained. The staff members are very friendly, courteous, and professional. Highly recommended.
Kyle was amazing! He was the absolute sweetest and completely understood what I wanted. He wanted a holistic understanding of my hair care day to day and was very educated. He did a great job and I will definitely be coming back :)
They cannot cut East Asian-style bangs at all, and cut it too short (nothing like the reference photo with wispy long bangs i showed the graduate stylist). The salon also tried to call and email me to pressure me to take down my initial three-star review and asked me to come back after my hair grew out to get a free cut, but seemed extremely pushy and uncomfortable/insincere in doing so. I couldn’t be happier with my experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and stylish. The staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel special:) from the reception girl with beautiful pink hair who spoke nicely and offered me a coffee, to the stylish assistant who brought the robe, and finally to the wonderful stylist Kyle who took the time to discuss my hair goals and offered valuable suggestions.
