I travel quite a distance to get to Farnham; they have free parking spaces in the heart of Farnham which is another extra bonus, besides a friendly, lovely and professional team will be looking after me. They go above and beyond with everything from ensuring I fully understand the whole process, to finding the right timing that suits us both. I had a few sessions here with a different technician each time and I didn't feel 100% comfortable but then I had a session with Jayapriya and she immediately made me feel at ease. She was great at communicating the different laser intensities and checking in on my pain level and I had such a great experience I ending up buying more sessions for other areas. BEWARE if you book of their Groupon deals , booked and paid for a course of 3 IPL laser facials as a single booking which they are currently offering on Groupon and they would only offer 1 session and then wanted to charge extra for the others despite me paying for 3 on the deal. claimed it was because I had booked a different treatment on another offer, I could only have 2 bookings, firstly I cant find a reference to this in the booking form and secondly I did essentially only book 2 offers , if they can't honour their... read more
Hydro-facial treatment today by Aakansha. This is truly not one to miss! Attention to detail was superb, service with a smile as always 😊 This clinic is amazing in every aspect and I highly recommend.Â
The people are really nice and lovely but the treatment didn’t work for me at all. I asked lots of questions before I started about whether the treatment would work for me based on my facial structure and was told it definitely would.
