A rustic spa set on the edge of the river in the woods. It has small hot tubs with only 2 larger ones! The cafe building also houses the steam room and looks newer and more modern. Had coffee there and it was excellent! The eucalyptus steam was also very nice! Wish that the tubs would’ve been larger and the jets would be more powerful. The dry sauna should really be for 2-4 people at a time, it’s tiny! The shower and locker rooms are also older. Prices are similar to other spas in the area.

Really relaxing atmosphere. Feels like you're well removed from everything in the surrounding area. My wife and I spent several hours alternating between the sauna, the cold dips and the quiet reflection areas. We were so relaxed. The facility is clean and updated. The cafe has great food and drink options as well. Definitely worth a visit

The staff are the highlight of this place. From reception to massage therapist to the cafe. All of them are amazing. Big shout out to Michael who massaged me, one of the best! The amenities/facilities are ok, looks like a renovation is needed, as some pools looked tired/old. Change rooms are also needing attention. All in all great experience.

Family visit in December. Slightly overpriced: 2 adults + 1 child = $123 + $33 per robe, only includes 3 hours from 8:30 to 11:30. Very small changing room and small locker for winter clothes. Dry saunas are too small and cold to warm up, 80-85 degrees. They don’t have a real sauna, where you can pour water on the stones and where the temperature will be 100 degrees and you can steam yourself with a broom, which should live up to its name “Siberia”. I liked the hammam, the hot but overly strong smell of tea tree oil. The hot... read more

Worth the visit and extremely relaxing. I've visited all the Nordic spas in the province and this one is the BEST! Great service, clean and peaceful with free parking. Compared to Strome...this spa is superior. The cafe has gluten free options and the staff are well versed with the ingredients. Many hot pools, saunas and relaxing spots to rest. You don't have to worry about security guards policing your whispering here. There are silence zones and people just respect them. Great spa and great price!
