Great in short, location is awesome and nice. However making a reservation at 9, showing up at 9 you have to wait outside in line for 30 min in cold weather to be let in, questionable organization and not much explanation. Lockers are small and tight; hard to change. I found the facilities great but not too much of a variety, hot sauna overlooking the river, river cold plunge and the first hot pool as you enter are the best! Overall a strong 4.5 out of 5.
What a beautiful gem!! My husband and I randomly stumbled upon this spa while staying up the street at a hotel. We got super lucky and were able to book a couples massage the next day too! The spa itself is absolutely beautiful. They provided nice robes, towels, and a bracelet lock for the changing rooms. They have a nice changing area with lockers, washroom and showers. The spa itself has multiple areas with hot tubs, cold plunge pools, saunas, a steam room, fire pits, and fun hangout hammocks and chairs to relax throughou... read more
A GREAT TIME SPENT ON BOXING DAY This is by far the best spa experience I’ve ever had with such a good price too!! We joined the waitlist and we got admitted very soon, excited, as I thought it will be very busy on peak season. The thermal experience costs $70 per person with $10 robe, towel and locker rental. The spa prohibits the use of mobile phone or else I really wish to show how great the environment and atmosphere was. Let’s talk about the spa, there are silent zone and whispering area, so we can definitely relax here... read more
Our group of 3 loved the experience. From the warm welcoming at the reception to the quite tasty bistro food we had for lunch on site and the gorgeous view we had a great time. Loved the fact that you can swap your wrt towels for a new one as not all spas offer this. Also really liked that the spa provides little bags for the wet swimsuit (again not all spas do this). It’s not the spa with the most installations but the price also reflects that. Would go back for the lovely views and nice overall atmosphere.
It’s a beautiful and relaxing spot. I’ve been to several similar spas and this was my first in Quebec. My mom recommended the place after she visited two years ago and had a good experience. I guess the Spa became quite popular in the last two years and some things took a backseat. I gave it a 3 star for one reason: the change room. Lots of room for improvement needed there: 1. It was extremely cramped. 2. Not enough bins to return towels and robes. There needs to be a basket IN the change room. The women’s room literally ha... read more
