The receptionist on duty was very polite and receptive. I walked in on a Saturday, while she politely informed me of their inability to entertain a walk in on the said day, she made efforts to get me a short appointment. I am happy to have been given an appointment in another 28 working hours

Dra Pebble is amazing! She does a great job and it was the second time I got the thread lifting procedure with her. I get botox and other treatments too. The results are incredible. She is caring and also an excellent doctor. Thank you to all staff at Silverado Medical and Aesthetic Clinic for your great service!

My old family doctor left and I was put with Dr. Iyasele, I met her for my first appointment and she didn’t say hi, didn’t introduce herself just went on the computer to read my file. She was very unfriendly and brief, and every appointment since has left me feeling like she didn’t care about me, didn’t ask any questions and just wanted to get in and out as fast as possible. First time coming in this clinic because I needed to see a Dr. as my family physician is located NW Calgary, and also since I work in the area. Anyways, I walked in and the first thing I see is to watched Filipino receptionists TALKING for straight 6 minutes and ignored to attend myself and the other customer. Never even said, "I will be with you shortly" or something like "I will be with you in 2 minutes". Nothing, nothing. The way this place operate to get appointments or to schedule anything is a JOKE. If it was for a new customer I would give them (kinda) an excuse. But for someone who’s been going there for 10+ yrs, it’s just very disrespectful to have the attitude of “take it or leave it”. Poor managing and very poor front desk. Just for the records, I’m writing this review after giving them more than 4 chances but they never improve, it just gets worse.
