Would like to leave a note about one specific doctor. Dr. Inoka Amarakone. My mom was seeing her for a little while. Well let me tell you, I am extremely disappointed in this doctor. My mom has been asking for tests, saying her lungs have felt weakened (my mom has asthma), and other stuff that I don't need to go into detail about - but what pisses me off is this doctor has completely ignored her in every way. The receptionist on duty was very polite and receptive. I walked in on a Saturday, while she politely informed me of their inability to entertain a walk in on the said day, she made efforts to get me a short appointment. I am happy to have been given an appointment in another 28 working hours
1 doctor accepting new patients and can barely speak English. Ridiculous service, do not recommend. Canadian healthcare has vanished. Rude front desk staff, 4 people talking amongst themselves. Piss poor service all around. Will tell everyone to avoid this place
My old family doctor left and I was put with Dr. Iyasele, I met her for my first appointment and she didn’t say hi, didn’t introduce herself just went on the computer to read my file. She was very unfriendly and brief, and every appointment since has left me feeling like she didn’t care about me, didn’t ask any questions and just wanted to get in and out as fast as possible. I had the worst experience ever I needed stitches today I walked into the Silverado medical clinic first of all they could do the stitches. The doctor didn’t know how the other doctor was busy. He couldn’t even put a freaking Band-Aid on my hand and wrap it up just set me Off horrible I don’t even know why that freaking clinic is open. They don’t even deserve a one star sorry.
