Skin Collective is by far the worst experience I've had with ordering online. I ordered an expensive supplement from them. (Nuchido 4 x 180 capsule bottles). They only sent me half the capsules. (i.e. 4 x 90 capsules bottles only). I had been taking the tablets for a few weeks before I noticed the writing on the bottles said 90 capsules instead of 180. I immediately called them. They were aware of the issue and said "sorry we should have told you. Nuchido changed the forumula and you only need to take half the dose." They of... read more
Had my consultation with the team today! India was my cosmetic nurse and she was so friendly and lovely! Answered all my questions, we discussed my current skincare routine and what my goals are for visiting Skin Collective. India was so knowledgeable and understood all my concerns and presented so many treatment options and didn’t overly push injectables.
