Excellent experience with the entire team. Everyone was so welcoming and Mya was incredibly attentive and professional. I really appreciate the care and expertise she brings to every session. It’s been a great to start the "Skin Fanatic" journey and I’m already seeing the difference. I’ll definitely continue and highly recommend them to anyone looking to take better care of their skin!
Hayley is amazing - so professional and knowledgable whilst also being super friendly and has a real talent for making you feel relaxed and like you are in good hands - which you totally are. Couldn’t recommend enough. Though not sure I’m happy to share her 🤔👍
Very disappointing service. Old Bank Arcade - I recently visited and the Beautician was rude and dismissive when I asked about booking a facial. She insisted that facials were performed in the public space with other customers. People walking past can see in, so I said I would like to book a room, she seemed very annoyed and refused to discuss or explain. I will never book there in the future, found a fantastic clinic nearby.
Mya is so lovely, and incredibly skilled at what she does. Her massages are deeply relaxing too! highly recommend xx
