Our experience at SOAK was absolutely wonderful! The staff were fantastic, and it was great to see a business employing amazingly talented young women from diverse cultures. The cocktails were also incredible. We are so happy and relaxed after our pedicure’s :)

I spend 2 hours and more than 200$ to repair my nails extension,but I'm not happy with them. Technician wasn't professional. My nails are uneven and bumpy and they looks are tilted . Very disappointing for second appointment. I waist my time. I'd like to update my review,I called them and talk them about my concerns,they booked me again with one of the best technician wich her name is NAI and she is amazing ,I'm so happy with my nails and their customer service is perfect. Thanx Soak bar.

My new place to GO!!! From opening the door to goodbye - I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. Amazing experience I could of fallen asleep such a lovely atmosphere. I had my eyebrows tinted and also had an eyelash lift today. Soak has a relaxing atmosphere, is very clean and modern. The Team are all lovely. They don’t make you feel rushed. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I loved Soak! It’s friendly and the technicians do an amazing job. I’ve been visiting for years. Unfortunately, the recent price increases are exorbitant. I appreciate it’s a lovely environment and I have always, previously, been prepared to pay for this. However, a 20% price increase and I’m walking down the road for my services. 😢

The team at soak are always friendly and provide amazing customer service every time I have attended over the last two years. Kanna is an amazing artist! Loving the new look! Thank you to all of team! Nothing is ever an issue!
