GIRL. The GHETTO. Runnnnn. Unless you enjoy overpaying for broken nails and dealing with awful management, Soak is the place for you. I spent $230+ for nails that chipped and broke in under FOUR DAYS. I rarely leave negative reviews unless warranted, but after giving this salon management multiple chances to do the right thing, I feel it’s only fair to warn others before wasting their money. Soak is my go-to for all things beauty and my regular waxing, spray tan and nail salon. The staff are incredibly attentive, friendly and expert technicians. The cocktails and drink menu is next-level and it’s the perfect mix of pampering and good vibes. I had my bridal party prep here, and they made the whole experience so fun and special. I always leave feeling super glam and very happy, and they make my husband look good too!
Absolutely loved our visit to SOAK bar. We paid extra for cuticle care and got very close to a Russian manicure result. They also had a great choice of high quality nail polishes for those who is not a fan of gels. Jody did a great job on my nails meticulously working on my cuticle and getting the polish perfect. Mocktail just took that experience on the whole other level-will def. be back!
I had a great experience at Soak and the team was so lovely and accommodating. The services are a bit higher in cost compared to salons I've been to before but it's so worth it! The signature sips are delicious and I love the setup so you can get drinks at the same time as your services. I'll definitely be back for a girls night!
My friend and I have been here twice and are now customers for life. Whatever vision you have, they will execute, with professionalism and enthusiasm. Absolutely love this salon, they make you feel like a queen. They also have the bar drink options or they go to the cafe across the road for coffees; love someone who supports fellow local business!!
