What a great little spot. I was not expecting the busy retail vibe at the entrance and had to wait quite a while to get checked in but check in was informative and thorough. Private changing room, separate bathroom, lockers with keys to store your things. Sanctuary room was beautiful and thoughtfully designed. Very cozy. Tea, water and coffee are available (though the sleeves and lids didn't fit provided cups). The sound level throughout the spa was high. This was my first time at Solei. My sister in law recommended them. The check in process was easy, everyone was very friendly. I saw Courtney for a facial and she is amazing. She is very knowledgable and helped me try to work through what might be causing my acne flare ups. She also gave me some recommendations on products to try for my skin type. Great service and I can't wait to be back for another facial with Courtney!
Went in for a facial. The girl was nice but Ive had many facials, they always remove my eye makeup and always include my neck, not today. I thought I would leave with my skin feeling and looking hydrated but she barely put any product on my face, it felt dry within 1/2 hour of my facial.
I’ve been going to Solei for a few years now and the estheticians and masseuses are fantastic. In December I booked a facial for my daughter and myself to have at the same time. When we got to the spa we were told our appts were back to back. This is not what I booked but I know that mistakes happen. What I wasn’t happy with is the casual attitude of the receptionist. There was no apology just kind of an attitude like it was my fault. Not happy to be treated this way.
So disappointed! I was called a few days before my appt to come in 15min earlier than I had booked, which I did. Then, after helping my MIL with instructions for dressing down which were not clear as she's elderly, they cut 15 min off my massage time with out warning me ahead of time. When I mentioned the confusion, the desk gal was less than sympathetic,saying that I should have been earlier. If themat was the case they should have told me to show up 30min earlier .
