LOVE this place. I started coming to SpaSway maybe two years ago. Used to schedule with whoever’s available, and mostly has been really good, but eventually found the BEST masseuse Maria, and have been scheduling with her 2-3x a month. She has a great understanding of the body and can pinpoint exactly what you need, even if you can’t. Very friendly staff, very relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend

I really wanted to give this place a 5-star review, but here’s my experience. I arrived five minutes before my scheduled appointment and sat in the waiting room briefly. When the masseuse called me in, she kindly asked if I wanted to use the restroom—I declined—and then she left me to change. I entered the room right at 4:00 PM and was ready by 4:02, but she didn’t return until almost 4:10. The massage ended promptly at 4:47, so I did lose several minutes of massage time. The Absolute Best Massage Experience—Highly Recommend! I cannot recommend Maria Alves enough! From the moment I walked into the studio, I felt a sense of calm and professionalism. I treated myself to a HydroFacial with Amanda at Spa Sway for my 30th birthday, and it was amazing! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel celebrated and pampered. Amanda was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain every step of the facial. She customized the treatment for my skin and made sure I was completely comfortable the entire time. I had such a great experience at Spa Sway! I came in for a HydraFacial and left absolutely glowing. The atmosphere was super relaxing from the moment I walked in. It was clean, calm, and welcoming. My esthetician, Amanda, was so knowledgeable and talked me through every step, making sure I was comfortable and understood what each part of the facial did for my skin. My face felt instantly smoother, hydrated, and refreshed afterward. Definitely one of the best facials I’ve had in Austin. I can’t wait to go back!
