I really wanted to give this place a 5-star review, but here’s my experience. I arrived five minutes before my scheduled appointment and sat in the waiting room briefly. When the masseuse called me in, she kindly asked if I wanted to use the restroom—I declined—and then she left me to change. I received a massage from my partner due to lack of mobility in my neck. He asked for someone to give me a deep tissue massage and they scheduled me. The day prior I called to verify that I was going to get a deep tissue massage, and it was confirmed. The experience did not justify the price at all, truly one of the more disappointing spa visits I’ve had. My sister and I booked the “Ultimate Massage and Facial,” and unfortunately, it was far from ultimate. As someone who has had plenty of massages, I can say this was among the worst. This was such a great treat for myself! I will definitely be back! The 50 minute massage left me feeling zen and the 50 minute facial took the rest of my stress away. I would definitely recommend a facial here if you’ve never had one. This was definitely the most detailed/catered to my skin type that I have ever had.

This is a decent place, but I tried to book a surprise massage for my wife's birthday - they didn't charge the card, then asked her to tip afterward... so it's impossible to book this as a surprise or present for someone. They also incessantly confirm. 2 calls, multiple texts... it signals that they may be afraid of losing customers or get a lot of cancelations.
