I received a massage from my partner due to lack of mobility in my neck. He asked for someone to give me a deep tissue massage and they scheduled me. The experience did not justify the price at all, truly one of the more disappointing spa visits I’ve had. My sister and I booked the “Ultimate Massage and Facial,” and unfortunately, it was far from ultimate. As someone who has had plenty of massages, I can say this was among the worst. This was such a great treat for myself! I will definitely be back! The 50 minute massage left me feeling zen and the 50 minute facial took the rest of my stress away. I would definitely recommend a facial here if you’ve never had one. This was definitely the most detailed/catered to my skin type that I have ever had.
I’ve been a member at Spa Sway for a few years now (going in five, I believe). I’ve had massages and facials with all different therapists and I’ve never been disappointed. I recently had an excellent customer service experience when I called to get some help with my membership. Whoever helped me on the phone was tremendous - Olivia I think?
