I’ve been a member at Spa Sway for a few years now (going in five, I believe). I’ve had massages and facials with all different therapists and I’ve never been disappointed. I recently had an excellent customer service experience when I called to get some help with my membership. Whoever helped me on the phone was tremendous - Olivia I think? I was feeling rather stressed and needed to relax and my first thought was to book a full body massage with Travis. On my first visit with Travis I was made to feel very welcome and I knew I was in good hands. The atmosphere with candles and soft music and the relaxing massage from Travis was great. Travis has an ability of putting his clients at ease and ensures you are comfortable throughout the massage. My favorite go to in and around Domain, amazing vibe, great massages, and very helpful staff. Their CBD massage is very relaxing and always helps me recover from my back pain. Don’t live in Austin anymore, but always visit Spa Sway every time I am in town.
Just had a massage by Bree at Spa Sway and it was amazing!. I'm feeling so relaxed and my pain is gone. I have fibromyalgia and arthritis in my back. Bree took her time to address every knot she found and stretched my shoulders. Her pressure, technique and professionalism was above par. The Spa is so inviting and always very clean. The staff is always helpful and polite. I'll be returning as soon as I can!
