I really wanted to give this place a 5-star review, but here’s my experience. I arrived five minutes before my scheduled appointment and sat in the waiting room briefly. When the masseuse called me in, she kindly asked if I wanted to use the restroom—I declined—and then she left me to change. I entered the room right at 4:00 PM and was ready by 4:02, but she didn’t return until almost 4:10. The massage ended promptly at 4:47, so I did lose several minutes of massage time. I absolutely love the space and atmosphere. It is so easy to get to if traveling in from San Antonio, or anywhere. I love this area in Austin. Lauren is absolutely the best injector and has the best eye for detail. She never disappoints and is always there to suggest or support what would make you feel and look beautiful. I highly recommend it all.

Do yourself a favor and book an 80-minute Himalayan stone massage with Chris. Worth every minute. I always leave feeling good, but today I felt great! Best massage ever. Great job, Chris!

I have been going to spa sway since 2017 (I think it was Massage Sway at that time). I have been a member since 2019 and visit for a monthly facial since. I cannot recommend this place enough. Truly a treat. I’ve done almost every service over the years and do not have any complaints! Service is always prompt, attentive and the place is an oasis.

Got an amazing deep tissue massage! As an avid runner I tend to have pretty sore legs and I left feeling completely rejuvenated! Excellent service and such a luxurious experience!
