Every step from initial appointment to receiving 2 treatments was handled efficiently and professionally. I highly recommend Jasmine for massage therapy. She was able to address and ease all of my problem areas with skilled hands and a beautiful demeanor. Annie Pankl gave me a wonderful facial and provided lots of helpful advice for my personal skincare. She has a wonderful “ bedside manner” and was great at communicating to insure my comfort.

I had an amazing experience at Spa Sway, and I see why it's ranked #1 in Austin! The set up is very beautiful such a nice and calm atmosphere. Gabby and Bailey at the front desk were so welcoming and helpful, even when I arrived straight from a flight. Harold, the male masseuse, gave me the best massage I've ever had – he's incredibly skilled, kind, and professional. I would definitely recommend Spa Sway to anyone that’s interested in going. I’ll definitely be booking again!

Hi Everyone - I've been a Spa Sway customer for years. I loved them so much, that even when I moved to deep south Austin, I would drive all the way to the Domain just to remain a customer. When the Westlake location opened, I couldn't have been happier! Every single staff member is incredible, professional, and down right talented. I was just in this week for a massage, and Anna was AMAZING!

The spa is much more like a luxury hotel in appearance and aesthetic vs. an independent. The front staff and check in process is always so welcoming! Ana and Jazmine are very talented LMT's, just a great experience overall @ Spa Sway Westlake!!

I recently visited Spa Sway Westlake and had an incredible experience! The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel comfortable and relaxed. The ambiance was serene, with soothing music and calming scents. My full-body massage was fantastic, thanks to the skilled therapist who addressed all my needs. The facilities were immaculate, and the complimentary herbal tea in the lounge was a perfect touch. I left feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. Highly recommend!
