They always take care of me and give me very helpful guidance on making choices that better serve my skin needs! Amazing at educating and amazing at customer needs! I’m a baby with a needle and they’re great at making me feel comfortable! Love them!
Awesome experience at Spa Trouve Bountiful. Madison did a great job in taking care of me! I am one who doesn't know a ton about skin care. She took the time to really walk me through all the different steps that I am needing to take and what that is going to look like for me! I have wanted to improve my skin for a while now and after talking with Madison I now have the confidence to do so! Thank you so much!
I have the platinum membership and go to Kaylee. She is always on time and takes her time to hear me. I never feel rushed. She’s so sweet and easy to talk to. Scheduling is so easy (I can text and they do the work for me). Jordan and Nicea at the front are super cute and helpful.
It seems most have a good experience, I wish mine was. I’ve had Botox done a number of times at a med spa in salt lake & thought I would try one closer to home. I did Botox on my forehead and frown line. After 2 weeks nothing had changed. I went in to have more added. She was reluctant to add anything & that eventually my frown line would “pop out”.
