Lainee is incredible. She is so thorough, always compliments me, and helps me to feel comfortable while getting laser. Service like that is really valuable to me, which is why I have loved my experience at Spa Trouve. Never considered myself a “Spa Gal” but I guess I am now!;) I had my first few appointments at this beautiful new location that just opened in Saratoga Springs. First off, The front desk is very helpful at making the scheduling and check out so easy —even offering a beverage as you walk in! I have been treated by Chelsea. She takes the time to listen to what I want, explains everything clearly, and makes the whole experience comfortable and easy. Her technique is flawless—I always leave looking refreshed, natural, and never overdone. She’s professional, friendly, and makes me feel completely at ease. Megan at Saratoga has been doing my lip injections for the last 2 years. She is amazing and so knowledgeable. They always come out natural, yet plump in the best way!
Office is clean and comfortable. Staff are all friendly and professional. Chelsea was great at explaining everything she was doing. Communication was excellent. Everything went smoothly. She knows exactly what I need. I am so happy with the results! I HAVE PERFECT SKIN!!😁
