Wowww!! The service is sooo kind and sweet. Which is so necessary for a place like this, Lainee was my master esthetician and performed laser hair removal on my face. She was comforting and reassuring the whole time. I look forward to my sessions honestly. They do packages of 12 which is amazing because it actually guarantees better results long term. The spa is located upstairs and it’s very clean and cute! They have lots of nice quality face products for sale! Much love for this place!!! Lainee needs a raise!!!

Already I have been noticing a difference with my skin and I have only been twice now! Lainee is so sweet and really prioritized my needs and comfort. Highly recommend! Update: it’s been about 6 months now and I have loved every appointment with Lainee! She has seriously made a huge difference with my skin and my confidence. She is very knowledgeable about products and treatments, especially during my pregnancy. I’m super excited to do micro-needling with her in a couple more months! Honestly love all the staff there too.
Never considered myself a “Spa Gal” but I guess I am now!;) I had my first few appointments at this beautiful new location that just opened in Saratoga Springs. Lainee is incredible. She is so thorough, always compliments me, and helps me to feel comfortable while getting laser. Service like that is really valuable to me, which is why I have loved my experience at Spa Trouve.
