I have been to many spas, and to say the least, this spa can’t compare to others I've visited in this city or around the world. The snack bar is a joke compared to what you're paying for. The spas I go to have a whole fruit bar. The hospitality here is minimal; at other spas, I felt like royalty. Here, I just felt like I was going to a doctor’s appointment. Overall I would say my experience was okay. The massage service itself was very good with the RMT who was attentive and skilled. However, the facility left more to be desired. Currently pregnant and while they offer pregnancy massage, the rest of the place doesn't have much to offer as steam and sauna are not suitable. So it's just the lounge and a couple small snacks like some nuts and oranges. While hanging out in the lounge, I saw a mouse and notified the staff who came and sprayed around. Had an amazing Swedish massage today with Leona. She was amazing. Feels so good and her voice and manner were so soothing, The front reception girls need a lesson in customer service. Not too professional.
Went there as a couple, great massages by Taylor and Ted, we would both recommend them. However, overall the spa is nice but seems a bit dated compared to other hotel spas that offer full 60min (not $50) RMT massage at a lower price with better and newer amenities. Not sure we would go there again.
I had the most incredible facial with Rosa, truly one of the best skincare experiences I’ve ever had. She is so knowledgeable and attentive, and she walked me through every step, explaining what she was using and why. My skin felt instantly refreshed, hydrated, and glowing.
