Beautiful spa with a cozy ambiance. Enjoyed coming in a bit early to relax in the eucalyptus steam room, enjoy snacks and stay in the lounge. Highly recommend their signature tea - it is delicious! Received RMT services from Taylor and he was phenomenal. Very relaxing experience overall.

Spa Utopia in North Vancouver is truly a hidden gem with its stunning city and ocean views. I booked a 75min prenatal massage but when my massage started the masseuse’s hands were extremely dry, scaly and rough - it felt like I was being massaged with a washcloth. I hoped the lotion would eventually smooth them but after 10mins it was still bad as ever and I awkwardly asked to stop the massage. The manager, Diane, called me the next day. Atrocious customer service & care. I booked an RMT in which they NEVER told me that gift cards do not apply anymore. The service was mediocre at best. When asked to speak to the manager she stood 4 feet away from the counter and just said “tell her no” about the GC not being applied any longer, she had zero care to even speak to me. Really great experience at Spa Utopia this weekend! I did the spa day for two with my mom and it was amazing! We did the two Swedish massages and two Pedicures. And loved our RMT’s and nail techs. We highly recommend this spa to anyone who wants to have a relaxing 😌 day without leaving the city. Ladies at the front desk are super friendly as well. Thank you spa utopia
