She takes the time to formulate specific treatments and skincare products on offer at the clinic for the client's individual needs. I'm noticing lovely improvements in my skin tone and texture. Extremely happy with the results and will continue to follow her advice. I'm a long term client and plan to stay.
Charlotte's customer service was absolutely impeccable, she really made my day. She was like the gal pal I'd always wanted giving me advice on beauty treatments I'd never tried before, which helped me try brave new things right there and then.
