One star for the lovely young girl, I chatted to on the phone to make my appointment. Great customer service. When I arrived, a different member rolled in with a coffee while I waited in the waiting room. She simply said, are you checked in? I said no I haven’t seen anyone yet, she looked on the computer and said that appointment was cancelled by myself. You are not welcome here. I’ve always come here for any skin concerns and have always been met with nothing but lovely people and amazing care. Recently, I’ve been seeing Porsha and she has helped me so much and taught me heaps about my skin, in just a few sessions I’ve seen such a difference, couldn’t recommend porsha and the other staff enough! :)

I’m absolutely thrilled with the results I’m seeing after treatments for pigmentation. Porsha is knowledgable, reassuring and so friendly. The entire staff at Specialist Skin & Lazer Clinic Bendigo are welcoming and are really customer focused. The Clinic is always clean and inviting. I would highly recommend this Clinic.
