This team is super knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely invested in getting you better. They’ve got every tool and technique you could want. Highly recommend for anyone who wants real results!
What an amazing space to get healthy with a great team of people. The outdoor space provides everything you need. The equipment is brand new and innovative, Worked out in ways I never have before with Jason"s help. The changing rooms so clean. Even had some hot and cold therapy in the back. Quiet spaces to chill and zone out pre workout. Knowledgable Physical Therapists that help keep me physically healthy, with welcoming staff. Can't be beat in this area!
I have been going to to Stretch Affect since day 1 and they have been keeping my body primed throughout my fitness journey. Whether it's powerlifting or BJJ, all their staff know how to adapt to my needs as they change. Their new facility offer so many options for treatments and recovery, there's always something new to try each visit. Highly recommend them!
After trying other PT clinics without great results, I'm so glad I found Stretch Affect. I came in for a pinching elbow, hip impingement, and ankle mobility issues. The team here is incredible-I worked with multiple trainers who not only rehabbed my injuries but focused heavily on strengthening to prevent them from returning.
