First time visiting Stretch LAB in the UK with my wife and had an excellent experience with Ross who was fantastic in explaining what he was doing and why. His experience clearly shows. Viorica was also amazing in helping sort out a small issue we had. Both are amazing assets to this branch!
Brilliant session with Jesse! So knowledgeable and professional! It was my first time at StretchLab and so I had limited knowledge on what to expect! He spoke through each step clearly, paying close attention to ensure each stretch was at the right level of intensity and no more than that! I’ll definitely be back, thank you again!
I loved the experience. After only 2 sessions with Alexandra, I can feel a massive difference in my posture and how my body moves. Alexandra understands very well how body works, and has an amazing intuition how to proceed, in what way, and witch what pressure. I felt very safe in her hands. Stretching therapy is really quite amazing - prior to my sessions with Alexandra, I never had anything like that (although I have experience with yoga, pilates, deep tissue massage, and osteopathic treatments). Great stretching session with Jesse. He’s a pro and really knows the body. The stretching with him was so engaging yet relaxing. He was able to find the right spot pain point and later explained. Highly recommend
I had the best session with Ryan at the White City Stretch Lab. Immediately he put me at ease as he was so warm! He listened to my needs and concerns and got to work and wow what a great stretch! He created an environment where I felt comfortable to communicate my needs throughout the session and we had the BEST chats!!
